I’ve trained in various Classical styles since the age of 6. My first dance form was Ballet, and then I moved through Bharata Natyam (South Indian Classical form) to Kathak (North Indian classical form), which is the form I truly love. Besides this, I’ve performed Rabindranath Tagore’s Shantiniketan style, Manipuri and Raks Sharqi (Egyptian belly-dance) compositions. I ran a children's dance company with 45 young girls in Delhi for nearly three years (2007 to 2010). I have taught 'Sacred Dance' workshops in Cape Town, South Africa, as an introduction to Indian Classical Dances.

My latest creative project of choreography and performance is the short film Ganga: River Eternal. You can find more about the project here: www.gangariverfilm.com
